Math Challenge 2010
The “Maths Challenge 2010” event that was held on 30 June 2010 for 60 first-year SP students provided an opportunity for students from various diploma courses to interact with one another. Students took part in a variety of group activities, games and quizzes designed to enhance their understanding and appreciation for mathematics. These activities that were planned to encourage students to think out of the box showed them that mathematics could be both fun and intellectually stimulating. Feedback from the participants was positive and encouraging.
