Celebratory Lunch

17 of us headed out to lunch @ 18 chefs at Fusionopolis. After a round of good food and drinks, we did the customary gift exchange.

The celebratory mood was definitely in the air!

Department Planning Day

MS held its second Department Planning Day at Jewel Box on 1 December 2010 Wednesday.

The turnout was good and staff worked and played hard.

26th National Software Competition - IT Quiz

A total of 34 secondary schools took part in the IT Quiz competition during the 26th National Software Competition 2010 held on 18 Sep 2010 at the SP Convention Centre. Raffles Institution emerged as the Champion of the competition.

The results are as follows:

Champion: Raffles Institution

1st Runner Up: Hwa Chong Institution (High School)

2nd Runner Up: Anglo-Chinese School (Independent)

Teachers' Day 2010

MS Department celebrated Teachers' Day with a bang this year.

We had the Golden Instructor Award Ceremony, customised bookmark giveaways, yummy cakes and jelly made by Mdm Ong Chwee Sim, beautiful flower giveaways (contributed by Ms. Chao) and the Teachers' Day Tribute on MS blog.

With all the hard work put in into educating our younger generation, all the lecturers of MS Department deserve this pat on the back.

MS Dip-Plus Tea Party (2010)

The MS Dip-Plus Tea Party that was conducted on 28 July 2010 at The Hall saw an attendance of about 220 participants comprising MS lecturers and Dip-Plus students from the PCBME, PCEM, PCEMS, PCM, PCME and PCSPA programme. The participants had fun taking part in party games. This was followed by a tea reception where students and staff got an opportunity to interact with one another and take photos.
