Chinese New Year Lo-Hei 农历新年庆祝会

It's the time of the year again - Lunar New Year.


MS Department gathered all existing staff as well as staff who have left us to do what Singaporeans love to do most - EAT!

We had the indispensable Lo-Hei session, followed by catered high-tea. The highlight for this year was the zodiac group photo taking. Staff of the same chinese zodiac sign were to take a group picture to see if there are any common traits in the group. However, some staff were too shy to reveal their true age and refused to take the pictures.

With food in our tummies, it's time to go back to what we love most - marking exam scripts!
 
又到了农历新年的期间。

如同往年，Maths and Science  部门 把所有现任员工，即曾经在这部门任职的前同事都请来，一起庆祝这重要的节日。

捞鱼生是无可或缺的活动。 捞完鱼生后，大伙又能享用茶点。大家一边吃，一边叙旧。

接下来是重点节目。同一个生肖的都必须来一张大合照。看一看同属一个生肖的人，是否有同样的性格与脾性。有一些同事因为害羞，所以没有拍合照，有少许可惜。

茶足饭饱后，大家又回到我们最爱的工作- 改卷子也！

Department Planning Day on 19 Feb 2010 at Jurong Bird Park!

MS Department held its Department Planning Day at Jurong Bird Park this year. Staff got to come up close and personal with all our feathered friends! The day started with a planning session with staff divided into groups to discuss how MS can support SP@60 strategic thrusts. After a morning of hard work, staff were treated to a race around Jurong Bird Park as well as some fun interbonding games, all led by the very creative team from Training Edge. From the looks of it, everyone had fun eating, drinking, working and sweating it out under the hot sun!
