The National Software Competition (NSC) is an annual premier IT competition organised for secondary-level students from secondary schools in Singapore, co-organized by Singapore Polytechnic and Infocomm Development Authority (IDA), with support from the Ministry of Education (MOE), Nanyang Technological University (NTU), National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore Management University (SMU), Singapore Computer Society (SCS) and Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF).
The 27th NSC was held on 3rd September 2011. A total of 33 schools participated in the preliminary round of the IT quiz. The top 6 schools from the preliminary round were selected to compete with each other in the final round held in Singapore Polytechnic Convention Center.
Director of Math and Science Ms Chao Yunn Chyi presented prizes to the following winning schools.
